2017

early year of KIt'ncaboodle

Kit'ncaboodle idea was born in 2017 between four friends who were looking for a place to be creative  and collaborate on creative projects. Our objective was to open the house up to other people who needs space to work on their creative projects or works. In November of 2017, Kit'ncaboodle house was established as a first member run co-working space in Chiang Mai, Thailand.

2018

our community grew in numbers

Since our conception, we’ve been lucky enough to build a community with some of the most amazing,  people on the planet—all with one thing in common: Each and every one of us possesses the mindset to be creative and want to build something, whether it be for creative or business endeavour. We sustained our community and keep the lights on via donations from our members.

2019

We move our location

2019 was our big move. We finally moved out of our beloved club house into a newly renovated building. Having no idea what 2020 had in store for us, we marched ahead. We started the year with our first exhibition followed many other exhibitions along side various workshops. Our community had decided to focus our efforts in workshopping in two different areas: arts and sustainability.

We had an honour to host series of sustainability workshops gathering more than 50 people to discuss about sustainability issues in the lovely city of Chiang Mai. We also had a series of film screening and our first premier documentary screening. We marched on!

Yay!!

You Found our easter egg!!

There are two more easters eggs hidden somewhere on our website. Feel free to explore and report back to us by scanning the barcode on our nav bar (menu bar) :)
Happy Browsing!!

2019

THE rebirth of
kitncaboodle
space

Our 2019 was more special than usual. We decided to turn our co-working space/ community space into a full-time community-focused space. Our space is now featuring wide range of events: from coffee workshop to sustainability workshop to art-craft event. Our focus is now on building a safe and fun environment where people in the community can interact with each other. Please check out our workshop page for past workshop events.

Our second biggest change is that we also focus our events around art. In 2019, we featured many exhibitions that highlighted local artists/ photographers to showcase their talents. We also had our first documentary screening and many art films that followed by engaging discussions. If you're interested in contacting us for collaboration, please check out our exhibition section for our past events.
